Well, we're into May proper, and let's go and take at just what's been added to Stan over the past week. If you want to take a complete look at what's happening in the month of May, check out our May Stan preview.
It's Starz's attempt to do a new historical series, but whether The Spanish Princess lives up to the hype and becomes a new hit in the form of 'The Borgias', 'The Tudors' or 'The Crown', or an a midling series like 'The Knightfall', remains to be seen. But if you're a history buff like me, then the accusations of "boring" currently being labelled 'The Spanish Princess' probably won't mean much to you.
There is also a new season of the deliciously funny iZombie, and you can catch new episodes of the fifth and final season every Friday.
Finally, if you're looking for some local content, then check out the complete first season of Growing Up Gracefully, while if you're after some trashy content, then you have two more seasons of Geordie Shore to binge through.
A somewhat quieter week for movies, but do check out the funny and autobiographical The Big Sick from comedian Kumail Nanjiani. There is also the South Korean drama Herstory that tells a tragic and somewhat forgotten part of history.
