We a week that spans the end of a month and the beginning of a new one, but otherwise, it's just a normal week at Stan. New to Stan this week is Ronny Chieng's 2017 comedy series International Student, all based on his real-life adventures as an international student here in Australia. Ronny Chieng has really hit the heights recently, what with his gig on The Daily Show and in hit movies like 'Crazy Rich Asians' (incidentally coming to Netflix in June).
If you're looking for a new trashy reality show, then Fire Island might be what you need. Who am I kidding? Nobody needs reality shows, but you might still want it!
There's also a new season of the funny The Ex-PM.
Not much in terms of new hit movies, but two new documentaries seem interesting. 20 Feet From Stardom takes you behind the scenes of some of music's biggest groups, but instead of focusing on the stars, it tells the story of the backup singers that are no less crucial to the success of these groups.
Then there's the new nature documentary Attenborough's Life that Glows, again interesting if you like that kind of stuff.
There are also two new cartoon series for kids, Apple & Onion and Welcome to the Wayne.
